• Path A: Revenue Event Launch (if you're demand‑constrained):
  If nothing breaks when demand increases, we design a 30-day cash event (grand opening, VIP weekend, anniversary, etc.) that produces a spike of high-margin collected cash and installs a repeatable playbook.
